Customer Service Agent Germany

What will you do:

• You will be the first point of contact for our German customers. In this role, you are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails. You assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• You assist customers with scheduling appointments and are responsible for creating a well-organized and efficient schedule for the three photographers in Germany.

• You will ensure that appointments are scheduled within a maximum of 5 working days.

• You will actively think along with the customers and offer them the best possible solutions. To do this, you will collaborate with various teams to resolve complex issues and provide customer-focused solutions.

• In addition to your regular duties, you occasionally support the Sales department with various tasks.

• You are customer-friendly and clear in communication. You know how to turn every conversation into an exceptional customer experience.

• You can seamlessly translate customers' needs into our services and products.

• You possess the necessary computer skills (e.g., Google Office) and are eager to learn more about software, such as Salesforce and internal programs.

• You are flexible, proactive, and have a "get-it-done" mentality. You also have an eye for detail to ensure that photographers’ schedules are as efficient as possible.

• You excel at problem-solving and enjoy making quick decisions.

• You have experience in a Customer Service role.

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English. Dutch would be a great plus because the office of Zibber is in the Netherlands.
