German-speaking Online Marketer (DACH market)

Ready to take Zibber to the next level in the German market? This is your chance.

We’re looking for a smart, creative and hands-on online marketer who knows how to build brand awareness, generate leads, and roll out strong campaigns for the German-speaking market. Someone who lives and breathes content, communication, and growth.

What you'll do

As our go-to marketeer for Germany, you'll:

• Execute our communication plan for the DACH region.

• Set up and optimize email campaigns and lead funnels.

• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn and others).

• Create and optimize online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).

• Write and publish content: blogs, whitepapers, case stories.

• Manage and improve the German website, focusing on SEO.

• Spot PR opportunities and act on them.

• Organize events, trade shows and client presentations.

• Contribute to branding and tone-of-voice consistency.

• Track results and create actionable campaign reports.

You’ll be part of a small but powerful team and work closely with your colleagues in the Netherlands.

• Native German speaker with strong written/spoken English. Dutch is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B or agency preferred).

• Familiar with the German market and digital behavior.

• Creative thinker and hands-on executor.

• Independent, structured and result-oriented.

• Available to work from our Eindhoven office 1–2 days per week.

🧰 Your skills & tools

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.

• Eager to learn Salesforce, Hotjar and more.

• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe is a plus).

• Good understanding of SEO, SEA and content marketing.
