Business Developer Germany

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for sales? Are you always looking for business opportunities and do you get excited about bringing in potential customers? Then you are the Business Developer we are looking for!

In this position, you are responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers through telephone acquisition in Germany. You will build a customer base through cold acquisition and contribute to the growth of Zibber Germany.

Your role:

• You will engange to increase our market share. You do this by identifying potential customers and approaching them by phone, both solicited and unsolicited. You see calling for new business as a great challenge. You know how to convince customers of the value of our product.

• You actively follow up the leads you generate or receive and schedule appointments with the Account Manager. You ensure that the Account Manager is well prepared for the appointment by providing her with all the necessary information.

• You carefully keep track of potential customers' communications and data. You do this with the help of our CRM system Salesforce, which ensures that the customer is served in the best possible way.

• You have a keen eye for market developments and know how to seize opportunities to expand our reach.

• You are part of the Sales team in Germany and report to the CEO.

What we expect from you:

• You are customer-friendly and clear in communication, both verbally and in writing.

• You are able to switch quickly in our dynamic environment. You connect easily with colleagues and customers and ''network'' your way through Zibber.

• You are good at keeping an overview. You ensure that you make optimal use of our handy CRM system and quickly switch with your colleagues in case of questions or remarks. You set out actions and take responsibility for timely feedback and follow-up.

• You are proactive, a positive thinker with a get-things-done mentality. Thinking in solutions suits your character.

• You have a commercial attitude and want to achieve results.

• You have a bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

• You speak and write good German and English. Dutch is an advantage.

• You are available 20 to 40 hours per week.
