Started in 2010, Zibber provides visual content for real estate professionals. Our core business is supporting Real estate agents who go for excellent home presentation. For those Real estate agents, we provide all the essentials needed to make the sales campaign a success. Through a 'tech-enabled' mindset, we make the difference in our services. Zibber focuses on an efficient, technology-based and hassle-free process for estate agents. Our service is a proven concept in the market and we are far from outgrown.

We make the difference by offering an efficient process, in a technological way with as few mistakes as possible making it super low-threshold to use us. Hassle-free, so the customer has nothing to worry about. Zibber unburdens and gives the confidence that we take care of this. We do this together with all Zibber employees. A young club of almost 270 creative professionals working in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We have offices in Eindhoven and Capelle aan den IJssel. What will you do:

  • Together with an enthusiastic, sociable and ambitious team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Here, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, e-mails and chat messages and for making a tight schedule for the photographers in Germany.

  • You assist customers (Real estate agenst and residents) with questions, solve problems and provide support to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. In addition, you help customers to book appointments. In doing so, you encourage customers to use automatic scheduling as much as possible.

  • You will work together with various teams to solve complex issues and provide customers with targeted solutions.

  • You will help to ensure that appointments are scheduled within a maximum of five working days.

  • You will check the quality of returned files and assess any editing requests from the customer.

  • You identify commercial opportunities for both the organization and our customers.

  • You have the necessary computer skills (e.g. Google Office) and you enjoy learning more about computer software, such as salesforce and internal programmes.

  • You are flexible, proactive and have a get-it-done mentality.

  • You are an expert in problem-solving and enjoy making quick decisions.

  • If you already have some experience with customer contact and planning, you have an edge.

  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in German and English. Dutch and French is an advantage.
